Chocolate Mousse – quick and easy recipe


  1. 8 eggs

  2. 1 tablespoon butter

  3. 1 1/2 tablet of dark chocolate

  4. 6 tablespoons of sugar


  1. Melt the chocolate and the butter in bain-marie

  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.Beat the yolks with the sugar until you get a whitish cream

  3. Add the yolks to the chocolate.

  4. Beat the egg whites until you obtain a meringue mix, and then with a spoon slowly add the egg yolks.

  5. Place the mousse in the refrigerator. And… voilà!
