Chocolate Mousse – quick and easy recipe
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 tablet of dark chocolate
6 tablespoons of sugar
Melt the chocolate and the butter in bain-marie
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.Beat the yolks with the sugar until you get a whitish cream
Add the yolks to the chocolate.
Beat the egg whites until you obtain a meringue mix, and then with a spoon slowly add the egg yolks.
Place the mousse in the refrigerator. And… voilà!
